ICCP CODE OF ETHICS



ARTICLE 1

The Game of Golf: A ICCP Member shall be synonymous with the finest aspects of the game of golf. Integrity, honor and respect are a prerequisite of each member to be in evidence at all times to those who have placed their trust in you and your professional ability.

ARTICLE 2

Professional integrity and a sense of responsibility to the game shall be displayed and conveyed at all times.

ARTICLE 3

Financial obligations: A member must meet professional financial obligations promptly and conduct all business dealings in a manner befitting the standards of the ICCP.

ARTICLE 4

Sportsmanship and good behavior: Members are required to adopt and to present a picture of true sportsmanship and good behavior at all times. Privileges are often given to professionals in the golf domain. Under no circumstances should these privileges be taken as a right, nor should they be abused as to cause embarrassment to any professional, or those in charge of operating a golf facility.

ARTICLE 5

Future generations of golfers: Golf being a sport to be enjoyed by many in their formative years, Members have a responsibility to the youth of this country to set an example for them to follow
